Safeguarding and Welfare

Godmanchester Town FC is committed to providing a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all children and young people. Safeguarding and player welfare are central to everything we do, and the wellbeing of every child always comes before football.

Our Safeguarding Approach

The club follows The FA Safeguarding Children Policy and the principles of the FA Respect campaign. We work to ensure that all players can enjoy football in a safe environment, free from abuse, bullying, discrimination, or poor practice. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, and we encourage an open culture where concerns can be raised and will be taken seriously.
