Godmanchester Town FC follows FA safeguarding policies and procedures, and has a designated Welfare Officer to support players, parents, and volunteers.

Code of Conduct
The club has clear Codes of Conduct in place which set out the standards of behaviour expected from players, parents, carers, spectators, coaches, and volunteers. These are designed to support a positive, respectful, and safe environment for everyone involved in the club.
Membership
This document sets out the terms and conditions that apply to membership of Godmanchester Town FC. It explains the responsibilities of parents and guardians when registering a player, including conduct expectations, health and safety, data protection, and the use of photographs and video for club and FA related purposes. The agreement forms part of the club’s commitment to safeguarding, transparency, and good governance, and is a requirement of registration for all players.
